"Moving America Forward" Spotlights Angie Raymond and TheBizKit's New Approach to Network Marketing Leadership
S For Story/10699062
Financial coach and entrepreneur Angie Raymond discusses leadership, technology and building sustainable network marketing organizations on CNBC with Dr. Kimberly Olson.
NEW YORK - s4story -- Entrepreneurs and network marketing professionals are facing a rapidly changing business environment, and in an upcoming episode of Moving America Forward, financial coach, entrepreneur and TheBizKit founder Angie Raymond shares her perspective on how leaders can build stronger organizations through systems, structure and clarity.
Angie, who brings more than two decades of experience in network marketing and approximately 25 years in the technology industry, joins host Dr. Kimberly Olson on CNBC Saturday, August 8th to discuss the lessons that shaped her career and inspired the creation of TheBizKit, a platform designed to help network marketing leaders better organize, support and develop their teams.
Angie's professional journey began in the corporate world, where she spent nearly 25 years building a successful technology career. After becoming a mother, she began looking for a different path that would provide greater flexibility and more opportunities for her family. Her experience eventually led her to network marketing, where she spent years developing her business before making the transition full-time.

According to Angie, one of the industry's greatest challenges is helping new representatives succeed without requiring leaders to continually repeat the same training and remain involved in every aspect of the business.
TheBizKit was developed in response to that challenge. Angie describes the platform as a leadership operating system that helps teams manage contacts and sales activity, monitor income-producing actions and provide new representatives with a clear roadmap as they begin building their businesses.
During the interview, Angie also challenges the industry's traditional "hustle" mentality, arguing that effective leadership should not depend on constant availability. Instead, she advocates creating systems that provide direction, consistency and accountability while allowing leaders to reclaim time for their families and personal lives.
Angie also discusses the importance of developing multiple income streams and creating businesses designed for long-term flexibility and sustainability.
