Written as a love letter from a mother to her child, the book explores the moon's effect on chronic illness, such as Lyme Disease. Chicago-based author Meredith Park worked with local illustrator Frances Vail, to create a book that takes the reader on a journey through the phases of the moon and how they can affect individuals with chronic illness or mental health issues.
