S For Story/10695721
ATLANTA - s4story -- A new luxury hotel, The Yacht, has opened at Herzliya Pituach Marina, introducing a large-scale waterfront property designed to serve both leisure and business travelers along Israel's Mediterranean coast.
The hotel, part of the Fattal hotel group portfolio, was designed by Israeli architect Ilan Pivko and draws inspiration from nautical design. Its structure features tiered decks, wide balconies, and open views of the marina and Mediterranean Sea.
The Yacht includes 325 guest rooms and suites across 12 categories, offering a range of accommodations for couples, families, groups, and business travelers.
On-site amenities include two restaurants serving contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool, and a spa that is expected to open in a later phase with wellness offerings and sea views.
The property also includes flexible meeting and event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests and rooftop venues overlooking the marina, designed for conferences, receptions, and private events.
Located just north of Tel Aviv, Herzliya Pituach is known for its beaches, marina, and concentration of hotels, restaurants, and business centers. The addition of The Yacht further expands the area's capacity to accommodate international tourism and corporate travel.
