No Sugar Baker Continues National Growth

New England, get your forks ready. The sugar-free revolution is headed your way.
BOSTON - s4story -- MIAMI, Fl. – If someone had told Jayne Jones a few years ago that her sugar-free desserts would one day be launching across New England, she probably would've laughed...and handed them a cinnamon roll.
After all, this is the woman who was told she'd spend the rest of her life eating lean meats and salads. The woman who survived severe Type 2 diabetes, septic shock, and two cardiac arrests after doctors gave her just a 1% chance of survival. Skilled CPR saved her life—twice.
Instead of giving up, Jayne went back to the kitchen.
She set out to prove that sugar-free desserts didn't have to taste like compromise. Today, that mission has grown into one of America's fastest-growing sugar-free bakery brands.
This August, No Sugar Baker is expanding into Shaw's and Star Market stores throughout New England, introducing her new bakery favorites:
The launch builds on the success of No Sugar Baker OMG Cinnamon Rolls with OMG Cream Cheese Icing, now available in Albertsons Companies' South Region. To celebrate, Jayne and the No Sugar Baker team will hit the road for a New England Launch Tour, visiting Shaw's and Star Market stores, meeting customers, sharing samples, and celebrating a simple idea:

Life is sweet. Sugar doesn't have to be.
"People told me sugar-free couldn't taste good. My doctor told me I'd probably be eating lean meats and salads forever. Thankfully, I never listen very well," laughed founder Jayne Jones. "When I was in the hospital, there wasn't a single sugar-free dessert on the menu. That moment changed my life. Today, every cheesecake we bake and every cinnamon roll we frost is our way of telling people they don't have to sit on the sidelines anymore. Dessert is back on the table."
A Family Dream Becoming a National Brand
Christopher Beehler, President and CEO of No Sugar Baker, has watched the company grow from recipes created in their home kitchen into a rapidly expanding national brand.
"I've had a front-row seat to this entire journey, and it's been incredible to watch. Jayne doesn't hear the word 'no'—she hears 'watch me.' Every new store, every new product, and every customer who says, 'I can't believe this is sugar-free,' reminds us why we started. New England...you'd better preheat the oven. She's coming."
What began as one woman's search for a single dessert she could safely enjoy has grown into more than 250 original recipes, bestselling cookbooks, national media attention, and a rapidly expanding retail brand now reaching customers from Texas to Alaska.

But for Jayne, the mission has never changed.
"This isn't about giving something up," Jones said. "It's about getting something back—your celebrations, your traditions, your family gatherings, your health, your hope. If No Sugar Baker can make someone's day a little sweeter without the sugar, then every challenge we've overcome has been worth it."
About No Sugar Baker:
Founded by lawyer, entrepreneur, and two-time cardiac arrest survivor Jayne Jones, America's No Sugar Baker is reinventing sugar-free desserts one dress size at a time. Together with her husband and CEO, Christopher Beehler, No Sugar Baker continues expanding across the country while inspiring families to celebrate life's biggest—and smallest—moments without sacrificing flavor.
