Springfield, Mo. - The Springfield Police Department is requesting the public's help with locating an endangered missing person.

Danny Lee Smoot, 65, is 5-foot-5 and 200 pounds with gray-blue hair and green eyes. Smoot was last seen on Sept. 30, at 8 a.m., leaving his residence in the 600 block of W. Madison Street.

Smoot has early onset dementia and other medical conditions and is without his medication. There is concern for his emotional and physical wellbeing.
