Deanna Shoss (MA, DePaul University) is CEO of Intercultural Talk, Inc. While some may eschew an approach to relationships that draws on an academic framework, Shosshas seen how applying intercultural and intergenerational communication skills at home allows family members to understand and connect with one another more deeply.
