Over his career, Mike has:

• Led global technology and operations organizations with budgets exceeding $250M and teams of 2,000+
• Delivered end-to-end process reengineering, driving material gains in speed, cost efficiency, and customer experience
• Directed major M&A integrations, platform modernizations, and data and analytics transformations
• Served on private equity and venture-backed boards, contributing to multiple successful exits

In addition to his corporate leadership, Mike brings deep startup and investment experience. He served as CEO of AppBus, leading two successful funding rounds prior to acquisition, and later became a Managing Partner at Ecliptic Capital, investing in deep-technology companies across healthcare, security, and climate sectors. He currently serves as COO and Chief Business Development Officer of Sempulse, a health technology company focused on early detection and life-saving intervention.
