APPLE VALLEY, Calif. - s4story -- Apple Valley recorded 76 closed residential sales in September 2026, compared with 85 in September 2025, a 10.6% decline, according to California Regional MLS data reported through InfoSparks.

Active listings decreased 22.2%, from 455 to 354, during the same period.

September 2026 Market Findings

The report identifies six year-over-year comparisons:

• Closed sales: 76 versus 85, down 10.6%.
• Median sale price: $425,000 versus $438,000, down 3.0%.
• Active listings: 354 versus 455, down 22.2%.
• Pending sales: 68 versus 98, down 30.6%.
• Median days in MLS: 38.5 versus 31, up 24.2%.
• Average sale-to-final-list-price ratio: 98.9% versus 99.3%, down 0.4 percentage points.

"Apple Valley recorded fewer closed sales and fewer active listings in September 2026 than a year earlier. Those figures describe the overall residential market, but they do not determine the right decision for an individual property. For families handling an inherited home, financing, taxes, insurance, property condition, estate timelines and family goals all need to be considered before deciding whether to sell," Volsch said.
