Child Care of Southwest Florida, Lee County Tax Collector partner for annual Holiday Toy Drive
S For Story/10707692
FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Child Care of Southwest Florida will host its annual Holiday Toy Drive this year in partnership with the Lee County Tax Collector's Office to provide age-appropriate toys to children attending local learning centers.
The nonprofit early learning provider is collecting new, unwrapped toys from Nov. 30 to Dec. 11. Items in high demand include interactive learning toys, board games, puzzles, arts and crafts sets, musical toys, stuffed animals, activity sets, dolls, remote control cars, building blocks and other age-appropriate gifts.
Donors are encouraged to prioritize the nonprofit's Amazon Wish List, which features the items that best align with its early learning curriculum and makes giving simple. Place an order and Amazon will ship it directly to Child Care of Southwest Florida. Monetary donations also can be made securely online at CCSWFL.org/donate.
This is the second year in a row that Child Care of Southwest Florida has partnered with the Lee County Tax Collector's Office on the Holiday Toy Drive. The Tax Collector's Office is serving as a collection point and is encouraging employees and guests to contribute gifts.
