Based in Stockdale's Dallas office, Grabinski will focus on sourcing, underwriting, and executing healthcare real estate investments as the vertically integrated real estate firm continues to expand its healthcare investment platform nationally,

Grabinski joins Stockdale from MedProperties Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based private equity firm that invests exclusively in healthcare real estate across the United States. During his five and a half years at MedProperties, Chris invested on behalf of the firm's discretionary funds and separate accounts, deploying capital into more than $400 million of gross asset value (GAV) across equity and preferred-equity investments at varying levels of medical acuity. His investments spanned healthcare property types, including medical outpatient buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and surgical hospitals.

Grabinski earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.

Stockdale's healthcare platform, which manages approximately one million square feet of healthcare-related properties, is led by Managing Director Andrew Saba.
