FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- Collaboratory is accepting applications through Dec. 3 for its 2027 Executive Women's Leadership Program, bringing together established women from across Southwest Florida to strengthen their leadership skills, exchange perspectives and build professional connections.
Now entering its second year at Collaboratory, the program will select fewer than 20 executive-level women and senior leaders from across industries to participate in eight immersive sessions from January through May. "Leadership continues to change as our responsibilities grow," said Bailey Susic, program director and co-facilitator of the Southwest Florida Executive Women's Leadership Program. "This program gives women leaders a place to step back from the day-to-day, learn from one another and think intentionally about what comes next."
The 2027 program runs from Jan. 20 through May 5, with sessions held at Collaboratory in Fort Myers. The cost is $5,000 per participant, with partial scholarships available based on need, primarily for applicants from nonprofit organizations, public service and entrepreneurial backgrounds. Following the program, participants will receive an additional eight months of mentorship as they apply what they've learned in their professional roles.
Applications are open through Dec. 3, 2026. To learn more or apply, visit Collaboratory.org/Executive-Womens-Leadership-Program. Questions may be directed to bailey@sofiades.com.
