Byrne brings more than a decade of experience in people strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth across consulting and private equity organizations. In her new role, she will lead RAIN Group's people and culture function, focusing on organizational design, strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and change enablement.
"As RAIN Group continues to grow, our people and culture function is evolving to be a more strategic driver of the business," said Scott McDonald, CEO of RAIN Group.
