ARK Engineering & Technical Services was founded in 1991 by Robert "Bob" Allen, on his kitchen table, as an electrical engineering firm serving the energy industries. Mr. Allen founded ARK Field Services in 2010 as a company dedicated to installations and field services work.

Headquartered in Braintree, Massachusetts (ARK Engineering) and Winter Haven, Florida (ARK Field Services), these companies specialize in electrical interference analysis, AC mitigation design and installation, corrosion control, and cathodic protection services for clients in the energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors.

Shane Kissack of Calder Capital served as the Lead Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor to Michael Sargent. Serving as Lead Director was Parker Schaap of Calder Capital, and Lead Associate was Francisco Pizzo.
