K2Icyy releases a new end of the Summer EP, I'm The Problem" on 10K Projects/Warner Music Group
LOS ANGELES - s4story -- R&B artist K2Icyy is excited to announce the release of his latest EP, "I'm The Problem," a compelling narrative-driven project that takes listeners through the turbulent journey of a summer romance. Available on all major streaming platforms September 6th, the seven-track EP captures the essence of love, lust, and the bittersweet reality of a fleeting connection.
"I'm The Problem" is a sonic exploration of a summer fling, with each track reflecting a different phase in the story of two people brought together by the season's heat and inevitably separated by its end. Post Production by Nabeyin best known for working with Kanye West, Travis Scott, Drake, GotDamnitDupri known for his work with 310 Babii, JRod whose credits include K Kamp. K2's signature smooth vocals and relatable lyrics invite listeners to experience the highs and lows of a relationship that was always destined to be temporary.

The EP opens with a party anthem "Not the One," where he finds himself newly single at the start of summer, eager to enjoy his freedom and the company of his friends. The carefree vibe continues in "IG Models," where he steps into his player stage, exploring the dating scene and basking in the attention of potential new flames.
As the summer progresses, "Touchdown" features Bay Area artist John Mackk, marks a turning point, with K2 celebrating a recent career milestone—his new record deal—by flying girls out to see him. However, the carefree fling takes a deeper turn in "So Sprung," where he becomes infatuated with a particular girl, enchanted by her beauty and presence. In "Pipe Down," K2 begins to invest more into the relationship, both emotionally and financially, setting the stage for the internal conflict that arises in "Situations." Here, he grapples with the decision to fully commit or maintain his freedom, caught in a mental tug-of-war that many listeners will find relatable.

The EP concludes with "Baby You Ain't Gotta Trip," a reflective and somewhat melancholic track that captures the end of the summer and the realization that the fling has run its course.
"We are excited for K2 to bring such creativity and storyline behind this project," says Cammie Johnson, CEO of CJPR. "This is a testament to an incredible producer, Marv who is credited with providing the sound distinctly supports his journey."
K2Icyy's "I'm The Problem" is a testament to his ability to blend storytelling with the soulful sounds of contemporary R&B, making it a must-listen for listeners going through an end of Summer romance.
