Propel Your Career and Personal Life to New Heights with Transformative Guide to Harness the Art of Effective Communication
S For Story/10586952
"We Need to Talk: Communicating Through Difficult Situations in Four Easy Steps" is a transformative new guide written by Suzanne Seifert Groves, an expert communications strategist. This innovative book equips individuals with the essential tools to navigate challenging conversations in any context for more meaningful and effective communication.
ARLINGTON, Texas - s4story -- "We Need to Talk" by Suzanne Seifert Groves is a valuable resource that understands the universal angst associated with those four simple words. With her impressive 35-year career in organizational communication, Groves empathizes with the negative impact this phrase can have on all relationships and presents a compassionate and practical four-step framework for engaging in tough conversations. This concise book recognizes we've all been guilty of mishandling important discussions, resulting in acquiescence, alienation, or even frustration from our staff, clients, partners, children, or neighbors. "We Need To Talk" offers solid principles to revolutionize the way people think and communicate about matters close to their hearts. The process has the power to positively reshape and strengthen all relationships.

Early reviews hold enthusiastic praise for the book's effectiveness, leaving readers wondering, "Where has this book been all my life?"
"Find wins from teamwork. There's no team unless we make people feel their efforts are valued. Suzanne shows us how to plan our communications and forge better relationships". – Retired Judge, Bob McGrath
"Oh, Suzanne. Where were you when I needed you 20 years ago! Your book is such a practical guide to navigate us through the treacherous waters of all of our relationships. I know I still need to use it now but I could have impacted so many people in an educational setting- could have trained 150 of my teachers annually in using this method to conduct IEP/ARD/504/Dyslexia parent meetings for better outcomes. You could have conducted the trainings." – Linda Moore
"A MUST Read. Transform Your Communication Effectiveness Personally and Professionally. I wish I would have learned about Suzanne's 4 step methodology years ago! Her practical and transformative lessons will positively affect my personal and professional relationships for the rest of my life." – Dr. Kristen O. Bennett
"We Need to Talk" (ISBN 978-1685132958, Black Rose Writing, 2023) is available at online bookstores everywhere.
