The proprietary formulation leaves a non-flammable film just 7 microns thick that will not harden, crack or freeze. It displaces fresh and saltwater moisture, forms an airtight seal against sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, ammonia and chlorine-based gases, and is inert, neither raising nor lowering contact resistance.
