FREDERICK, Md. - s4story -- The Weinberg Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the continuation of its Families Need Fun ticket program for the 2026-2027 season. The program is an initiative designed to provide complimentary tickets to local families facing significant financial or personal hardship. Through this program, which is generously funded by the Frederick Keys Cares Fund at the Community Foundation of Frederick County, the Weinberg Center ensures that families navigating challenging circumstances can still experience the joy, connection, and inspiration of live performance.
"Making sure the arts are accessible to the broadest audience possible is a cornerstone of the Weinberg Center's mission," Rebecca O'Leary, Manager of Development at the Weinberg Center, said. "Families Need Fun allows us to welcome families who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend performances. We are honored to offer moments of joy and togetherness during times when they are needed most."
