We cannot demand that the government respect our industry if we are unwilling to respect the rules ourselves.

As new federal hemp restrictions approach on December 11, The Brand Mamba founder Dino Awadisian is calling for greater accountability within the hemp industry.
"Congress can impose a 0.4 mg THC limit, but will that eliminate illegal manufacturers, bad actors, or the black market? I don't believe changing a number alone solves the problem."
"As legitimate business owners, we must understand that everything starts with us."

"If we knowingly purchase from unlicensed manufacturers, support illegal operators, or ignore noncompliant products, then we have no right to complain when the government responds with additional laws and bans."
Awadisian believes the solution requires stronger enforcement, verified manufacturers, independent testing, and accountability throughout the supply chain.
"We cannot continue supporting the very businesses that are destroying our industry and then blame the government for stepping in."
"The future of hemp depends on responsible businesses, responsible government oversight, and an industry willing to clean up its own house."
