FORT MYERS, Fla. - s4story -- The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers (HACFM) has promoted Paul Leingang to director of development for the organization.
In this role, Leingang will lead the Housing Authority's real estate and construction teams, overseeing affordable housing projects from planning and financing through construction and completion. He will work closely with public and private partners to expand access to high-quality, affordable housing and support the organization's long-term development strategy.
Since joining the Housing Authority two years ago as a management analyst focused on grants and real estate development, Leingang has played a key role in securing funding and advancing affordable housing projects across the region. He is currently overseeing the development of several affordable housing units through projects in various stages, including The Arwyn, Strayhorn Place, Legacy Point and CDBG-DR Rehabilitation.
