PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - s4story -- Integrity Employee Leasing, one of the country's fastest-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) companies, has announced the promotions of Erin Natoli and Jayme "Jay" Waters to vice presidents of operations.

Natoli joined Integrity Employee Leasing in 2016 as a workers' compensation specialist before advancing to risk manager in 2019, and she recently recognized a decade of service with the company. In her new role as vice president of operations, Natoli will lead finance functions and will report to and partner with the CEO, chief financial officer (CFO) and chairman of the board on the company's financial performance, planning and operations. Through financial analysis efforts, Natoli will assist the company's C-suite team in future expansion efforts while enhancing Integrity's Florida operations.

Waters joined the company in 2018 as a business consultant and was promoted to sales director in 2019. As vice president of operations, she will lead operational and revenue-planning initiatives that prioritize sustainable growth, service quality, cost control and strengthen cross-department execution. Similarly, she will provide executive oversight across payroll, human resources, client services, accounting, reporting, workers' compensation, technology and sales. Waters will collaborate with senior leadership to establish company priorities, clarify decision-making authority and translate organization goals into practical expectations for teams, and she will be responsible for evaluating workflows, staffing structures and add-on services for workload management and client profitability. She will also guide employee relations and performance matters and will develop company-wide communications, management standards, internal programs and policies that reinforce clarity, consistency and organizational culture.
