About the Artists

Brooklyn native Maxwell is one of the founders of the neo-soul movement and the #1 Male R&B singer in the world. Legendary girl group Xscape was formed in Atlanta, GA, and was discovered by Jermaine Dupri who signed the group to his So So Def label. Group members Kandi Burruss, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, LaTocha Scott, and Tamika Scott immediately impressed fans with their mid-90s certified Platinum album Hummin' Comin' at 'Cha, which included unforgettable hits like "Just Kickin It" and "Understanding."
