NAPLES, Fla. - s4story -- Ocean Prime will welcome internationally acclaimed winemaker Dave Phinney for an exclusive happy hour event on Oct. 14, offering guests the rare opportunity to experience exceptional wines, thoughtfully curated cuisine and personal insights from one of the most celebrated figures in modern winemaking. Open to the public by reservation, the intimate tasting event will showcase a selection of Phinney's distinctive wines paired with chef-crafted small bites. Guests will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the inspiration, craftsmanship and storytelling that have helped establish Phinney as a pioneering force in the global wine industry.

Phinney will guide guests through three wines paired with three culinary selections, including:

• Our Lady of Guadalupe pinot noir paired with goat cheese ravioli
• Guero red blend paired with short rib sliders
• Acolytes Chardonnay paired with baked scallops

Widely recognized for reshaping the modern wine landscape, Phinney is best known as the founder of Orin Swift Cellars and creator of the iconic wine brand The Prisoner. He began his career in Napa Valley by blending traditional winemaking with distinctive branding and storytelling.
