Pallett Valo Appoints Sarah Rustomji as Partner

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - s4story -- Pallett Valo LLP, one of the largest law firms in Peel Region, has promoted Sarah Rustomji to partner effective January 1, 2026.
Sarah obtained her J.D. at both the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, as well as a BA (Hons) Bus (Co-op) PolSci at the University of Waterloo. After successfully completing her articles in 2014, she gained litigation experience as in-house legal counsel at one of Canada's largest insurance companies. Sarah joined Pallett Valo in 2019.
She has a broad commercial litigation practice, providing effective advice and advocacy to clients facing serious business issues, including those that arise in commercial tenancy disputes, defamation cases, shareholder and oppression disputes, expropriation matters and PPSA security and enforcement.
Sarah regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has successfully conducted arbitrations in commercial leasing disputes.

In addition to her busy practice, Sarah has served as a director of the Peel Law Association since 2023.
