JULY 2002: THE BULLETIN THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

Boeing told suppliers:

"All suppliers must be AS9100 certified and accredited by ANAB."

But Boeing never disclosed:

• Boeing was not AS9100‑certified.

Then Boeing wrote:

"Our preference is to deal with proven suppliers with excellent quality performance and not have to do on‑site quality system surveys."

That was the moment Boeing walked away from oversight.

ANSI–ANAB forced all AS9100 suppliers into OASIS run by the IAQG at the time Boeing controlled a substantial part of this.. Refuse listing or fees,on OASIS, your certificate is withdrawn.

2009 FAA ODA EXPANSION — BOEING SELF‑CERTIFICATION

The FAA expanded Boeing's ODA, allowing Boeing to approve its own aircraft, technologies, and designs, and employ Boeing employees as FAA inspectors paid by Boeing. This is how MCAS — the system that killed 346 people — was approved.

2012 IAQG WARNING —

A Boeing employee who was also the Chairman of the IAQG (2012) and member of the ANAB MSAC 2014-2024 warned MRA-MLA accreditation bodies:

"Watch for unaccredited certificates entering the accredited ecosystem."

When ANAB perpetrated the fraud as an underwriter. On a U.S. Department of State contract 19AQMM18R0131 which contaminated the entire global accreditation chain — including every MRA and MLA equivalent accreditation body worldwide. For 10 years, Boeing sat on ANAB's MSAC while never being AS9100‑certified. MSAC member can grant, suspend and withdraw certification and Boeing was not certified.
