A Soulful Pop-Up Event Led by Michele Badie, Valerie Carmel, and Allyson Shropshire Promotes Self-Care, Connection, and Mental Wellness

The co-hosts, Michele Badie, Creator of Keep Your Stride®, and Valerie Carmel, a licensed mental health therapist, together host the mental health podcast Calm In The Chaos for project management professionals.
