Science Fiction Requires Science says science fiction author John Lars Shoberg
GROVELAND, Fla. - s4story -- MoonPhaze LLC is pleased to announce the release of a new science fiction novel, De-Evolution, by Central Florida author John Lars Shoberg. The publication date for De-Evolution is November 30, 2020.
In De-Evolution, Mr John Lars Shoberg studies a future human colony on a far-distant planet, whose members discover they are not alone on the planet, that a village of cave-dwellers are descended from a thriving civilization of vast cities that had suddenly devolved a couple centuries ago. Then the humans realize that their own minds are being effected; they are losing their memories and no longer have the skills necessary to do things. Can the humans find the reason for this devolution and nullify it, or are they destined to become cave-dwellers as well. before they even get their colony fully built? The task must be solved by 6 colonists who spent the winter with the cave-dwellers, and whose minds are not yet as addled as those of their compatriots. Time is of the essence. Do they have enough of it?
